Understanding the foods that may negatively impact your condition is essential, and adjusting your lifestyle is key to long-term well-being.
Yes you can! The question is how much is healing worth to you and what treats are truly worth it? What I considered a treat 2 years ago I no longer want. You will change as you grow. You will learn how to reset your body and re-introduce foods that you like and eat in a way that they will not damage you. Everyone is different and you will learn what your body likes and does not like. There are no strict rules - just empowering yourself with knowledge and what works best for you.
I have learned that I prefer to learn from someone who has gone through what I am experiencing and now I always seek a coach who has first hand experience - not just studied it.
